All you have to do is click on the access menu option then click on the backup icon in your control panel then choose the Download todays backuo

To Restore a saved backup file under the Restore a Backup option click browse, this allows you to browse your hard drive, find and select the
backup file that you have stored on your hard drive , then click on the upload option this will upload and automatically restore your files to your site. ..
